How we suggest brewing it
Hot
Brew slowly with 210cc of hot water
If it tastes strong, add a little hot water to adjust
Brewing a smaller amount and finding your own strength is worth trying too
Iced
Fill a glass with plenty of ice
Brew the drip bag as usual (about 100cc of hot water works well)
Pour it over the ice while it is still hot
Add more ice to taste and let it chill before drinking
Clean on the palate, and right for the warm months.
